Bellview Park

This weekend we went to Bellview Park. Its a really nice family park, they have a calm stream kids can walk in, a petting farm, and of course, a Choo Choo Train...

Tristan's Dream Come True

Bellview Park has a miniature train you can ride. In the morning we told Tristan we were going to a park where he could ride a train and the whole way there he asked us, "where go choochoo?" When we got there and he saw the train chugging around the park he was so excited he jumped up and down, screaming and pointing, "CHOOCHOO, CHOO!" He got a real thrill riding the train around the park.

Echo Lake

Last weekend we decided to head to the mountains. We drove about an hour to Echo Lake . While it was 90 degrees down in Denver it was a pleasant 70 degrees in the mountains. We had a picnic by the lake and then went for a walk around the lake. It was Noah's first time in the mountains!

Ice Cream

For the past several weeks we have been waiting for the ice cream wagon to come by so Tristan can get ice cream from the wagon for the first time. Today we heard the music while Edgar and Tristan were outside playing. Tristan thoroughly enjoyed his first wagon ice cream of the summer (Edgar too)!

Asleep

Noah fell asleep on Edgar's shoulder. I took some pictures and had to play around with it in Photoshop. Here are the results. The first one is the original.

Thunder

Edgar and Tristan were outside chasing and trying to spray each other with the squirt bottle. Then they started to hear thunder and Tristan was thrilled!

Learning About Cars

This morning Tristan pushed his train up to the changing table so that he stand on it to help me change Noah's diaper. After Noah was changed Tristan decided to bring him cars. He told Noah about each one and showed him how to drive them.

Noah

Our new little angel.

Sunday, June 6, 2010

After playing with the nozzle Tristan went on a bug hunt with a squirt bottle, which later turned into a water war with Grandpa. It was such a hot day Grandpa asked him to spray some water in his mouth. Edgar and Noah stayed in the shade in an effort to stay cool.

More Water Please

Tristan's latest obsession is WATER. At Grandma's house we brought out the hose and a Little Tikes water nozzle and he had a blast!

Kiss

Tristan is so sweet to his new baby brother. He is always offering to share his food and toys and gives Noah tons of kisses.
